All orders placed through the website will be processed within 3-5 business days of purchase. Please note that shipping time is additional to processing time. First class shipping is an additional 3-7 days, and Priority Shipping is an additional 1-3 days. If you would like your purchase to be insured, please select Priority Shipping, as First Class packaged are NOT insured by USPS. Once an item has been shipped, Soapweed Mercantile LLC no longer has control over the package. Please contact your local post office with questions and concerns about your package once it has been shipped.

Orders cannot be canceled once checkout has been completed. Eligible items can however be returned. See below for our full return policy.

Return Policy

 

We accept returns for a full refund of the item amount, issued back to the card or payment type of the original purchase. We cannot issue refunds to anything other than the original payment form. 

ALL ITEMS ON SALE ARE FINAL SALE, AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF RETURNED. ITEMS MUST BE SENT BACK WITHOUT DAMAGE, WITH ORIGINAL TAGS, AND MUST BE UNWASHED IF A CLOTHING ITEM. 

ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF PACKAGE DELIVERY CONFIRMATION.
